Rob can play in one of two positions, either as an attacking midfielder or a centre forward. He gives you a real physical presence in both these positions, he gives us an outlet to hold the ball up. Rob puts the opposition under great pressure in the air, he is all legs and arms and is not the kind of player defenders enjoy playing against .

Shaw was ever present last season and scored some very important goals, this season Rob has been a regular again and we hope to see him finish with a healthy goal tally come the end of the season.
