Worst Memory of Debden Sports : Missing a penalty in a semi final penalty shoot out.

Alex joined the club in the 2004/05 originally playing for the Sunday 1st team. He made his debut for the Saturday team the following season and has now nearly reached the 200 appearances mark for the club scoring 25 goals in the process.

He is one of the quickest players in the side and can play in either defence of midfield. He is also one of the quieter members of the team until he steps onto the pitch when he turns into the biggest whinger.

Where he got the nickname Para al is beyond most people as he spends most of his time drinking water. Maybe it’s what he puts in it.
